The cable blowing machine, consisting of an air chamber box and a cable slide, was developed to provide an effective and safer method for the installation of fiber optic cables. The system installs fiber optic cables from 6 mm to 32 mm in total at a speed of 90 m / min in pre-installed channels. The system uses compressed air to install the cable that is controlled and supported by the belt drive system.
The cable is powered by compressed air, which is fed into the duct via the air chamber box, while the hydraulically driven belt drive system controls the cable blowing machine. The hydraulic unit Honda GX270 supplies electricity.
Manufactured in a high quality aluminum air chamber, a duct sleeve assembly, a feed sleeve assembly, a sealing sleeve assembly and a duct clamp header assembly.
